DSS will correspond directly with your trades to ensure compliance with your insurance requirements. Safety Services
During QA/QC Observations – The DSS Builder Risk Engineer will review with the on-site personnel, safety concerns and will write an evaluation of the items reviewed during the scheduled QA/QC observations. The Builder Risk Engineer will discuss the safety items with the Superintendent and will also include these items within the QA/QC reports issued during the onsite observation. This will assist in mitigating potential exposures to loss.
Risk Review Services
Where required by the insurer or requested by the Client, DSS will perform services necessary to conduct a review of the Client’s risk management practices and documents.
Insurance Agent/Broker Service
